The school holds talent days
to find boys and girls to join the Pre-Vocational programme (see the link below for more on the programme), generally during the summer term. Audition dates are posted here once announced. Students must be in Academic Years 4, 5 or 6 and have a passion for dance.
Talent days provide a chance to meet Elmhurst’s teachers and other children who enjoy moving to music. They are open
to children with no formal movement teaching as well as those already
taking dance lessons**. The lessons, taken and accompanied by some
of Elmhurst’s own internationally renowned teachers and musicians,
are full of activity and packed with fun!

* The charge for each Pre-Vocational class is £8.50; however
no talented child will be excluded because of financial constraints.
** Children already taking dance classes will be accepted onto the
Pre-Vocational programme only with the consent of their current
teacher.
