The school was recently judged to be excellent in all areas by ISI and outstanding in all areas by OFSTED and has an international reputation for the quality of its work.

The school is seeking to recruit a Deputy Houseparent to start June 2019.

The successful applicant will work in a boarding house under the direction of a Houseparent and with the support of the pastoral middle leadership team.  They should have proven skills working with young people; experience of a boarding environment would be an advantage though it is not essential and a flexible approach to their work.  Applicants should be highly motivated and keen to become involved in all aspects of the school’s work.  Applications from those offering skills that relate to the vocational dance environment and a holistic educational ethos are most welcome.
