The performance on Sunday 22 July at the Tachikawa City Civic Theatre, Tokyo will also be a celebration of JIYB's 10th Anniversary. Elmhurst and JIYB dancers will be performing in Marius Petipa's 'The Sleeping Beauty' and accompanied by a full orchestra.

Elmhurst Ballet School would like to offer grateful thanks to Sir Peter Wright for permission to perform his Pas de quatre.

Our students with Mr Ho enjoyed breakfast at a restaurant at Narita Airport, before preparing to board the Express Coach Service to Tachikawa.

Team Elmhurst meet and greet staff and students of JIYB before they were put through their paces with morning class at 10am, followed by rehearsals at 11:15am to 1:30pm. They then had lunch, went off exploring and were back for evening rehearsals at 5pm!
