Elmhurst Ballet School is a world leader in ballet training and education. Our pioneering health and wellbeing programme leads the sector in supporting dancers in training to be healthy, engaged and injury free.
The conference on Friday 8th February 2019, hosted at Elmhurst’s state-of-the-art home base in Edgbaston, Birmingham, is suitable for dance professionals, vocational dance teachers, GCSE & A level Dance teachers and anyone with an interest in, or working in Dance Science.
This conference is designed to explore the latest cutting edge science, current thinking and innovations. We will invite you to look afresh at the health and wellbeing of yourselves and your students, challenge accepted custom and practise and integrate the most effective strategies into your studio.
